Opportunity's knock sounds like this:
-
The same Information is being entered into more than one
system
-
People are Faxing documents to work on them together
-
Fax's are followed by mailing originals or transporting
disks
-
Numerous copies are made so that the various people involved
in the transactions can do their jobs
Conducting business requires
excessive communication:
-
Too many meetings
-
Too many phone calls
-
Too many reports and memos
-
Too much "checking up" and "following up"
-
Too much paper.
The need for transfer of information
across interfaces may just indicate that there are too many interfaces.
